♦ Livestream of the ZZT world "ZZT Encyclopedia Online" by Chronos30 (1998) [https://museumofzzt.com/file/view/zeol/]. ♦

The final stream covering the latest release of the ZZT Encyclopedia Online edition. And it starts off with a fun category, the "Engines" world. This world is a fantastic example of what ZZT is and isn't capable of, with platformers both impressive and not, multiple RPG engines, several racing engies, a few space shooters, and more. The star remains the "Running Battle" a strange little minigame in which you are being chased by Gollum? And have to not become his lunch?

Then comes the "Objects" world that demonstrates a few useful objects including the iconic ZZT door object, using #put's ability to shove things away, a slightly-too-fast clock, and how to do text marquees along the bottom of the screen.

Finally, "Miscellaneous", a world that definitely had its uses back in the day, whose most useful features have since been supplanted by the Wiki of ZZT (https://wiki.zzt.org/wiki/Main_Page) and third-party editors, namely sound effect transcriptions, string references, and how to type special characters in code.

Overall, I'm confident in saying that this version of the encyclopedia is superior to 3C in terms of documenting more esoteric knowledge which can be helpful for coders. However, when it comes to demonstrating what ZZT can do, the previous version offers more variety in engines and objects that's probably superior for those more interested in seeing what ZZT is rather than creating with it. So it really depends on what you're after, but at the very least, I'd disagree with the old wisdom to not bother with this version as opposed to 3C.
