Another month, another batch of new releases. This one also gets to be a little oversized so we can make a nice clean break.
The big focus here is on the 2 Point 4 Hours of ZZT jam held in early June, with a compilation of all the entries being what I was waiting for being publishing. Of course, as always, there are always new releases that you don't expect until they show up in the queue one day. So, here's another good fourteen releases including what I suppose is the first Weave to 3.2 de-make. This oughta hold y'all over until the next batch. Let's see if I can be on the ball and clear the queue out when we next hit a dozen uploads.

“Unwoven Pixel” by Noser (2024)
De-weaving the recently released Weave Pixel Twenty-Eight. Using a custom font and some extremely crunchy ZZT-OOP to control a tiny pixel on its gravity flipping journey to reach the exit.
“2024 Summer 2.4HoZZT (All Entries)” by Various, WiL (2024)
Program Description
The entries for the 2024 Summer 2.4HoZZT, along with some of the feedback received for those entries by participants and others.
The jam of jams. With 144 minutes to create, more than a dozen submissions were received in this rather successful community event hosted by WiL to make some more games based off of some more made up words. There's quite a lot in here, and the most common theme is running out of time. Check out the VOD descriptions for a little more detail, but IMO "Sealman" and ""Anissidia" are cream of the crop.
“Star Fox ZZT 2 Demo” by BigtimeDudeProductions (2024)
An evil mantis scientist has uncovered the secrets of Andross's technology and spins up their own plot to conquer the galaxy. Featuring the usual Star Fox crew, and some guest appearances. This one seems fairly loaded for one of BigtimeDude's demos.
“The Green Rabbit Demo” by BigtimeDudeProductions (2024)
A rabbit goes missing, until his owner finds him. Then, the rabbit and the girl work together to take down the minions of the Giant Cave Snake. This game is described by its author as "magical". Be forewarned.
“Epigolder” by Vacek (2024)
A 2point4 jam entry. Solve puzzles to be able to figure out some mysterious machinery and do some manufacturing work.
“Stewaby” by Snorb (2024)
Program Description
This is what happens when project scope exceeds my grasp. Best I could do in 2.4 hours! (i promise the post-jam version will be better ;_;
Another submission to the 2point4 jam. Explore the Australian Town of ZZT! Get those purple keys, learn some Aussie slang.
“Stewaby+” by Snorb (2024)
Program Description
The definitive version of my Summer 2024 2.4HoZ entry.
A post-jam enhanced version of the previous game. Now will prettier colors!
“The compl-eat AKWare 24HoZZT Collecti-On” by AKNeutron, Dunkinbean, Misteroo (2000)
A fun surprise in the upload queue that I had nothing to do with! A rather packed compilation of six 24 Hours of ZZT contest entries, a few of which I've never heard of, though I'm unsure right now if anything here isn't available in existing 24HoZZT entry compilations.
“Brian's Life (v1.0)” by Firebug (1994)
Aliens are invading, and Brian is the only one who can save humanity. Shoot authority figures. Hit your sister with a baseball bat. Find beer for aliens. You know, save the world.
“Brian's (Crappy) Life Two” by Firebug (1995)
This time Brian is dragged to his aunt Barb's for a family reunion. While searching for a piece of pie, he learns aliens have decided to make him their king. This leads to a comical adventure as Brian explores Barb's shocking labyrinthine and massive house.
“Danger Comics” by bbz, JJZ (1996)
A very "Roll Fizzlebeef" protagonist takes on a case to stop a saboteur from blowing up gas stations. Stake out the next station before it suffers the same fate, then chase down the villain on your motorcycle and uncover the true plot, which involves a surprising amount of goat kissing for a game of this era.
“Danger Island” (1993)
Having crashed and/or sailed to the island of headhunters, your task is now to fight your way through and make an escape. A messy action title with some haphazard design. Watch out for sharks!
“Revenge One: The Pit (v1.1)” by Nik Logan
Some jerk threw you in the pit of despair! Now the only way to survive is to climb your way through numerous single-screen levels and get your revenge. An editor playaround game with all the yellow-bordered tropes you'd expect. It even starts on the wrong board.
“Point Blank (Shareware Version 1.00)” by Thomas Azar (1996)
Just when Chance Walker got done rescuing the tragically named June Sharter, she's kidnapped once again after witnessing the assassination of the governor. Despite the intense plot, this game's biggest inspiration is Super Mario Bros. with some side view boards that restrict players from moving up and down. A short demo with some scenes from an unreleased (presumably) sequel.
