A fairly straightforward RPG in which a young recruit learns that the true aggressor in this endless war is a species of aliens! Track down clues to find out what's going on, learn magic spells, and when all else fails use gun on wizard.
Today War-Torn is definitely a goofy feeling game by a younger author trying to create a serious and emotional story, but it's still a lot of fun to play. The battles are typical of the era, some animations with the usual high-damage low-accuracy and low-damage high-accuracy moves. Everything moves quickly enough that nothing drags on.
