Something new, and something old for this stream.
Starting with Raventhorpe Manor, a game we were all excited to see after gazillion's incredible "Bomb Defusal Technician Simulator" for the 2p4h jam. You are tasked with discovering the secrets of this mysterious manor whose entrance is protected by five purple keys. This adventure has pretty much already happened though, with most of the keys already having been collected by an older adventurer who couldn't finish the quest. It's now up to you to find the location of the final key and do a lot of grunt work to get it!
It's another fantastic comedy playing off the rules of purple key games, with its own fresh hell of just getting a few measly gems.
Then I decided to revisit a game I played as a child and never made much progress in. The tower of Darkmarth is controlled by some oppressive wizards that none can oppose. Players need to explore the surrounding town discovering who they can trust and who will betray them in their quest to end the corrupt rule of the wizards. It's a game that has some charm, but boy is it vicious. Resources are scarce, a lot of the entrances to the tower lead to no progress, and more than a few objects will kill players instantly or with a lot of stars!
