Our final Oktrollberfest stream of the year, and it's quite the finale!

You play as a tourist to Japan trying to find their way back to their lodgings in a city known for its non-euclidean streets. Armed with a cell phone flashlight and pocket change, you're let loose in an urban/indsutrial environment filled with some gorgeous scenery and impressive looking shrines to visit for blessings that make it easier to navigate. Where you enter boards from determines where the exits lead, turning the game into an all too real maze that's trivial to find yourself overwhelmed and lost in.

The city is filled with a number of small shops and public restrooms where you can browse items and plug in your phone for a bit to recharge it. A subway system connects things, but more often then not you'll get off at your stop, head over to the next board, and find yourself near the beginning again.

The frustration is tempered thanks to dave's excellent scenery, with some really pretty coastlines, and quite impressive shrines. Plus lots of tanuki statues.

On your travels you'll run into your friend who you have a bit of a falling out with at the start of the game (hence your separation), as well as running into a more experienced traveler who always seems to be one step ahead of you. Win her favor, and perhaps it can be the start of a new relationship? Or maybe she just wants free stuff. Personally, I don't think it'll last.

This was the perfect way to end Oktrollberfest, a game where you can't really lose, but you sure can be confused. dave2 did an incredible job with this one, and in my oh so humble take, I think this one is the winner of the jam in my eyes, balancing trolling the player while keeping them motivated to press on and see the game through. dave's presence in chat definitely got me through the game more quickly, and there were a number of bugs that are in dire need of fixing, but this one was such a unique experience that makes it the highlight of all the entries this year!
